Two Slimbridge WWT Visits with Swarovski for Digiscoping.

Visited Slimbridge twice - 10 days apart - on 5th and 15th Noverber.

A few Bewicks had arrived on the 15th - it seems they turned up on the 6th!

Both days were very overcast - in spite of the forecast being for sun/sunny periods. The met-office need that new computer!

Pleased with the digiscoping though - some pictures were worth putting on Flickr; the great tit shot on a feeder at close quarters seems to be very popular! The Swarovski Scope is now an extra lens for the camera at last.

The CLEY-MULE is proving very good indeed - any problems entirely due to my total lack of coordination and rounded shoulders.... Definitely recommend this product!

I now need to see if I can looses the legs a bit on the tripod - the high narrow windows at Slimbridge are exhausting....

Here are a few pictures to link to the right part of my Flicr feed -

Perhaps next time we will get there in sun!
